Terms and Conditions

Payment is in three stages

1. After the inital consultation, an agreement is drawn up and signed off.
2. At that time you pay one third deposit, followed by a further one third progress payment after one month, with the final payment after the site is uploaded.
3. Following that, one month of free 'tweaks' while you decide what is working well and what would work better.

Do I have to manage the site myself after that?

I have managed websites for all but one of my past clients, but you can elect to manage it yourself if you wish.

If your site is a Joomla! or CubeCart site (or other CMS, shopping cart software), you will be able to manage it yourself in very quick time. I have included training in the packages for these types of sites.

What if I don't want to do it myself?

Additional fees for ongoing maintenance if required apply at hourly rates, or a maintenance agreement is available.
